Directional Indicator Divergence

A bullish strategy that works well after a sustained downtrend. It looks for a divergence between the smoothened price curve and the DI indicator. Hull moving average is used to smoothen the price and the divergence is checked by +DI indicator.

BUY 50 shares when Moving average(close,14,hull,0) lower than Moving average(close,14,hull,-1) and Moving average(close,14,hull,-1) lower than Moving average(close,14,hull,-2) and Plus DI(14,0) higher than Plus DI(14,-1) and Plus DI(14,-1) higher than Plus DI(14,-2) at 5min candle interval using Candlestick chart chart. Enter trade between 00:00 to 23:59

Exit Conditions

SELL 50 shares at stop loss % of 1 or target profit % of 2 at 5min candle interval using Candlestick chart chart.
